All the new-town design themes are represented: an interesting art pattern in the paved walkways, a characteristic street light, and vegetation in raised planters.

The architect has worked to make the buildings more interesting (this is not a glass and metal box) by angling the outside walls and using multiple surfaces and colors on the outside walls.
